It grows on the Torre Taquara Preta plot at an altitude of 1250m on feralsolic soil. This gives it a distinct nutty note, complemented by hints of cocoa and agave syrup. Walter & Ednilson Dutra's honey processing (pulped natural) also gives this red Catuai a fantastic sweetness. This great Brazilian is suitable for all types of preparation.
